Grant of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Chicken Royal for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Restrictions
You agree not to:
– Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Chicken Royal without our prior written consent.
– Use the app or its content for commercial exploitation.
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
– Use cheats, automation, or other unauthorized methods to interfere with gameplay.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to Chicken Royal (including graphics, design, trademarks, and software) remain the exclusive property of the developers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership rights to you.
User-Generated Content
Any content you may create or share through Chicken Royal (e.g., nicknames, customizations) must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe the rights of others. By submitting such content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it within the app.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license if you violate this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Chicken Royal is provided ‘as is,’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Chicken Royal.
